E-Commerce Launch for Watches
As one of the world’s most recognized brands, Ralph Lauren’s most visited store was its .com site. As Digital Brand Marketing Strategist, I oversaw the e-commerce integration of the coveted and ultra-luxurious Ralph Lauren Watches & Jewelry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Merchandising, Retail, and Development teams, we designed and executed a user-friendly experience, without sacrificing the craftsmanship and luxury of the brand.
As there were several collections to feature, each with its own identity and campaign, we worked to design a cohesive page that embodied the breadth and luxury of our collections. I worked closely with the merchandising teams and creative teams to create a seamless experience that supported the collection, but that also was informative to the shopper, who was purchasing some of the most valuable products on the website. To do this, we optimized the product detail pages on each timepiece and jewelry item to include campaign videos and craftsmanship videos telling the story of each piece. We also told the story of each collection using campaign imagery on the main landing page as well as on the corresponding grids. *The following case study was completed under employment at Ralph Lauren.
