A Deeper Dive into Wymara
Wymara Resort & Villas is a five-star luxury resort ideally situated on Turks & Caicos’ famous Grace Bay. Our ongoing relationship with the resort began with the executive and ownership team at Wymara seeking ongoing digital strategy support for the resort and launch of the Wymara Villas, an exclusive enclave of real estate and extension of their award-winning resort.

Our wide-ranging project scope included full website design for the Wymara Villas, branding development, email marketing strategy, photo shoot conceptualization and marketing collateral curation. As part of the new villas introduction, the H&L team made use of the newly designed website and email marketing to tell the story of the Wymara Villas to the existing Wymara audience and beyond. The result was a cohesive implementation and introduction of the villas as a desirable and exclusive part of the Wymara resort family, producing Villa sales and direct bookings for the resort.
A Fresh Digital Footprint
The website development project for the Wymara Villas gave our team almost full creative control when designing what would become its flagship website. The Wymara team sought a website with a fresh look and feel that could live seamlessly within the Wymara Resort website while also existing on its own as an effective real estate website. As part of this process, our creative team carefully curated the imagery, video and storytelling content necessary to give visitors a feel for the story of the villas and their offerings. In tandem, our web development team created a custom-designed website from the ground up. Our goal was to create a responsive site that catered to user experience while also also presenting the villas in a desirable light to influence property sales and direct hotel bookings. The result was a visually striking website that told the story of the Villas while also serving as an asset to the villas sales team and reservations team.
Fostering a New Audience
When considering digital outreach tactics for Wymara Villas, we understood that a highly strategic email marketing plan would be a paramount part of our success in engaging a new audience for the brand. Our creative team designed email templates that reflected the fresher look of the brand to stoke the curiosity of Wymara Resort’s existing audience in hopes of influencing a new loyalty, while integrating coding compatible with Wymara’s existing CRM. H&L created a robust and strategic email calendar to maintain consistent outreach efforts to build the audience and deployed A/B testing to further develop our offer strategy. Ongoing reporting has shown a consistently growing database, above industry standard open rates averaging between 22% and 43%, and an average of over $100K in revenue per email.

Marketing Collateral
The carefully crafted visual identity of the brand’s digital touchpoints naturally carried over to physical and print touch points to ensure consistent branding online and in person. For physical touchpoints, our team worked closely with Wymara’s leadership team to create aesthetically pleasing physical wayfinding and villa signage. For print assets, our creative team utilized the newly established brand guidelines to create visually appealing sales materials, restaurant and spa menus, and villa brochures.
